Key Responsibilities: + Campaign Support: Assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of creative marketing campaigns to attract attention and drive measurable results. + Event & Customer Engagement: Plan for and represent Pike’s brand at industry events, including trade shows, vendor fairs, and client engagement opportunities. + Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of campaigns and inside sales efforts, gather valuable insights, and suggest improvements for future initiatives. Leverage our CRM platform to streamline tracking and reporting. + Skill Development: Collaborate with experienced team members to learn best practices and gain knowledge of industry tools and strategies. + Team Support: Provide general support to our busy marketing team, assisting with a variety of tasks as needed. Compensation: The base hourly range for this position is $21.63 – $26.44. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
