Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Piedmont, South Carolina. This role is within the non-profit industry and will involve acting as a liaison with event coordinators, assisting in event organization, and collaborating with the team to develop promotional materials. Responsibilities: • Assisting in the coordination and organization of blood drive events • Acting as a point of contact with event coordinators at partnering businesses • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials • Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate 1st/2nd shift work and occasional weekend duties • Using your knowledge of email marketing and direct marketing campaigns to enhance our outreach efforts • Leveraging your skills in account management to maintain key relationships and ensure smooth operations • Utilizing scheduling skills to manage various tasks and deadlines effectively • Coordinating different events and overseeing their successful execution • Handling various event-related tasks and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Email Marketing is essential for successful performance in this role. • Demonstrable experience in executing Direct Marketing Campaigns is required. • The candidate must possess strong skills in Account Management. • Ability to maintain accounts effectively is a key requirement. • Experience in Key Account Management is necessary. • The role demands strong Scheduling skills for efficient workflow management. • The candidate must be adept at Coordinating Events, as this is an integral part of the job. • Experience in Event Coordination is highly desirable. • The candidate must be capable of handling events smoothly, ensuring all aspects run according to plan.
