Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will mainly focus on managing our CRM, enhancing our eCommerce presence, utilizing Internet Search Engines, and optimizing Merchandising efforts. Responsibilities: • Utilize CRM to manage and analyze customer interactions and data • Implement strategies to improve our eCommerce presence and performance • Conduct research using Internet Search Engines to gather valuable industry data • Assist in Merchandising activities to promote our products effectively • Utilize platforms for marketing insights • Analyze data to improve revenue strategy • Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
