Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in San Ramon, California. The Marketing Assistant will be an integral part of our team, managing, and executing marketing projects for two of our industry groups. This position is based in a CPA firm and involves significant interaction with various departments. Responsibilities: • Manage and execute marketing projects supporting the Family Office and 'Detail Oriented' Services groups. • Utilize a project management system for optimal organization and efficiency. • Facilitate communication within the team through effective written and verbal skills. • Edit Zoom recordings for weekly video podcasts, including adding templated intros and outros. • Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks. • Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for various projects. • Utilize CRM, Facebook Insights, and other tools to drive brand awareness and campaign planning. • Participate in blogging and advertisements to promote the company's services. • Assist in budget processes to ensure the financial feasibility of marketing projects.
