Serve as the Marketing Department point of contact to field requests from multiple sources across the enterprise. Effectively triage the requests and complete with a customer focus approach Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and organizing marketing assets Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of marketing operations Support the expense tracking and budget processes, including submitting invoices for payment Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes, suggest process improvements accordingly Perform other tasks as needed to support objectives Responsible for major meeting note taking & distribution Manage and order office supplies Schedule major meeting, team meetings, and planning meetings The Benefits. . .
