Marketing Assistant - Rosebank
Minimum requirements for the role:
A marketing or related qualification is essential for the role. Previous marketing experience working as an assistant or related role across multiple disciplines with a proven track record of creating compelling content and engaging with audiences across various platforms is essential for this role. Previous graphic design experience is preferred for the role. Must have a deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Must be able to develop and execute social media strategies for both companies and individual executives. Must be proficient in email marketing, marketing automation (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho), marketing operations, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud / Suite, WordPress, research, data management, and analysis. Previous experience working on Excel is essential. Previous experience having good administrative, project management, and marketing support experience is preferred. Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Maintaining brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications for the locations. Assisting the marketing manager in executing the strategy for each social media platform which supports the company objectives in terms of sales growth, customer satisfaction, brand awareness, etc. Executing all brand communications and media actions online and on all social media and digital marketing platforms. Contributing towards the successful development and implementation of brand management, and the maintenance of brand awareness. Ensuring that all marketing ties in with traditional marketing. Creating visually appealing and engaging content to attract and retain customers that is timely, relevant, and authentic to the relevant building – graphic design, photography, video and similar. Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with our members and subscribers. Developing presentations to communicate marketing strategies, plans, and results to both internal and external stakeholders. Gathering, organising, and analysing marketing data: using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho to support reporting, performance tracking, and optimization efforts. Assisting with following up with community and event managers for content, competition information, images etc required for promotions and campaigns.  Supporting and liaising with sales team on all marketing material required for promotions.
