**About the Role** We’re looking for a passionate, highly strategic and commercial minded marketing specialist to lead the France Delivery Growth, Engagement and Membership (Uber One) Marketing strategy & execution. In this role, you'll be responsible for building the Growth & engagement strategy & planning, supervising the deployment of related projects and campaigns as well as developing the marketing content to amplify the campaigns’ on Uber Eats ecosystem. You will report directly to the France Brand & Growth Marketing Lead and will work closely with key cross-functional partners, such as our local consumer growth teams, territory & restaurant/merchant operations teams. **What You'll do** 1. Strategy & Planning: In collaboration with our Operations team, co-lead the strategy, planning and calendar for the Growth, engagement & membership vertical, aligning on business objectives and priorities, developing a strategy to meet business goals, and crafting the G&E campaigns seasonal calendar for Restaurants, Grocery merchants & Uber One membership program. 2. Business Integration: Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Operations & Account Managers teams, helping to bring a brand/consumer lens to business discussions with key Restaurants, Merchants and external partners, designing yearly marketing plans and partnerships while ensuring they deliver on critical growth goals. 3. Growth campaigns Strategy & Execution: Lead the strategy & development of each campaign & growth lever, ensuring strong alignment with Ops on the big moments & offers, clear storytelling, and exceptional execution all along the funnel, partnering with local operations teams on the deployment. 4. Eater Facing Content & Storytelling: In partnership with our Eater Operations team, be the voice of the brand on our owned channels by owning our CRM & in app calendar, while building content (CRM, in app etc…) to promote the service & offers in a consistent and desirable way. 5. Reporting & playbooking: Partner with ops on promo & comms analysis, test and leverage learnings to inform ongoing CRM cadence, content strategy, growth & membership plans. Playbook everything we do, from quarterly roadmap, CRM content analysis to in-store materials. **What You'll Need** 1. Expert growth marketer: Proven track record of delivering successful and commercially driven strategic marketing plans that are designed to drive audience growth and user engagement. 2. Great Stakeholder management skills: The candidate should be able to create and nurture relationships with various stakeholders from junior to C-levels in order to influence decision making and collaborate with a large number of teams across multiple disciplines. 3. Experience leading & developing best-in-class campaigns, with a proven ability to develop robust G2M plans and break-through creative executions. 4. Storyteller: You can craft a compelling narrative across different channels - you know how to match the message to the medium. 5. Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and a desire to create and build new processes to enable organizational efficiencies. 6. Self-motivation and drive: Ability to work well independently and within a group setting to push projects to completion. 7. Finger-tippinesses with data: You just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth. 8. Native in French, fluent in English **Bonus Points If** 1. Minimum 4 years marketing experience delivering successful marketing campaigns. 2. Previous trade marketing experience is a strong plus.
