Marketing Associate, SureCare

What will you do: 

 In this role, as Marketing Associate, SureCare®, you will play a crucial role supporting the Service Marketing Leadership team in making global portfolio decisions and driving growth across divisions as they pertain to design for serviceability. Your responsibilities will also include supporting our sales force and customers as a primary Global Services resource, managing marketing communications with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting the implementation of service strategies, developing strategies, and working on key PLCM-related projects across various functions and divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Support: Provide assistance to the sales force and customers by addressing service-related inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Marketing Communications: Create and disseminate marketing communications related to service announcements to internal teams and external customers. Strategic Proposals: Develop deep product and market understanding to build strategic proposals regarding Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) across the portfolio in support of Service Marketing Leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various functions and divisions to support and execute key projects that align with our business objectives.

Required Abilities:

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with different teams and divisions to achieve common goals. Market and Data Analysis: Dive deep to understand market dynamics and associated data related to our products and services to propose informed, data-driven recommendations to Marketing leadership in the development of marketing strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to build and deliver concise messages tailored to both internal and external audiences. Independence and Accountability: Demonstrate independence, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or business-related role. Proven track record of supporting sales and customer service functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment Ability to make data-driven decisions with strong analytical skills preferred
