You will also coordinate internal communications regarding marketing campaigns, manage social media submissions, and support the creation of impactful marketing materials while staying informed about market trends. This job is part of the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) marketing job function. GWS marketing is responsible for the design, development and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services. **What You’ll Do** Measure the efficiency of current marketing campaigns. Make recommendations for optimizing current campaigns based on customer feedback, channel performance and campaign key performance indicators. Develop and define target audiences using data collection methods such as surveys and polls to advise effective marketing strategies. Stay up to date with market trends and their impact. Lead all aspects of projects from beginning to end including developing project timelines, soliciting feedback, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and delivering quality results on time. Adapt content for use on digital channels, customizing for efficiency based on channel standard processes, audience strategy and CBRE marketing performance insights. Coordinate and supervise social media post submissions through workflow management system. Manage internal activation tactics (e.g., newsletters, leadership bulletins, intranet postings) for marketing initiatives. Assist with the creation of internal presentations and sales materials. Coordinate inbound lead processes, including qualification, tracking, and routing to sales. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Improve the quality of work through continuous improvement and attention to detail. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet target dates. **What You’ll Need** High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required. A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. Ability to evaluate and communicates unusual and sophisticated content in a concise and logical way. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Marketing Associate position is $38.46 per hour and the maximum salary for the Marketing Associate position is $43.27 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
