Description We’re looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Automation Manager to join our client's team! This technical role is perfect for someone with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll work closely with marketing teams to design, build, and optimize dynamic email marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and manage email campaigns and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and AMPScript in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). + Build and integrate coupon modules into multi-step marketing journeys while ensuring seamless execution. + Use Journey Builder and Automation Studio to design, optimize, and manage workflows. + Ensure email content dynamically adjusts based on user data and behavior to maximize relevance and engagement. + Troubleshoot technical issues across email marketing pipelines and propose workflow improvements. + Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies. + Utilize Dreamweaver for email development and Photoshop for basic image resizing as needed. + Stay updated on marketing automation best practices and apply them to enhance customer journey strategies. Requirements Top Must-Haves: + Strong front-end development expertise (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, CSS, AMPScript). + Proven experience with SFMC Automation Studio and Journey Builder. + A problem-solving mindset to strategically find solutions and execute efficiently, not just implement requests. Ideal Candidate: + You have a deep understanding of email marketing automation and its role in building customer journeys. + You’re comfortable troubleshooting technical challenges and managing tasks independently. + Design expertise is NOT required, as our design team will provide assets – but basic skills to resize and adjust images in Photoshop are helpful. + You’re motivated to contribute ideas for process improvements and technical solutions that align with business objectives.
