Job overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Automation Senior Associate to join our team, focusing on Global Banking. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for creating and implementing a lead scoring model within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance lead qualification and prioritization.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for GCB sectors, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. Manage the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization. Design and implement a lead scoring model within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to effectively prioritize and qualify leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to align campaign strategies with business objectives. Create and manage dynamic, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, web, and social media, to drive engagement and conversion. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and scalability. Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and CCPA. Partner with analytics and MarTech teams to enhance campaign segmentation and personalization efforts. Utilize project management tools to track and report on campaign progress, ensuring timely delivery and execution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing automation strategies.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. Proven experience in creating and implementing lead scoring models. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, preferably in a B2B environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities. Technical skills required: database management, basic HTML, marketing automation, and project management tools.Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
