Pay range is $75,000-$85,000 per year, DOE, a $75/month cell phone allowance, and the following benefits:

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the marketing technology stack and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to implement strategies that drive customer acquisition, solution adoption, and retention. Your deep understanding of marketing technology and best practices will enable you to translate business needs into actionable solutions, ensuring all teams have the tools and insights necessary to optimize the customer journey.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

Tactical Development: implement a comprehensive strategy for all stages of the customer life cycle, with a focus on automation and data-driven marketingProgram Maintenance and Optimization: regularly monitor the performance of marketing automation programs to ensure optimal functionality; propose and implement enhancements based on performance data and evolving business needsStakeholder Collaboration: partner with various business units — including designers, marketing managers, and other teams — to identify and leverage opportunities for marketing technology to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenueMarTech Management: oversee the marketing technology stack, including day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and vendor management if neededClient Support: assist Marketing Managers in client calls by providing technical expertise and supporting discussions around marketing automation strategy and performanceData Stewardship: ensure marketing data accuracy and compliance with company privacy policies and data-management standardsJourney Optimization: work closely with data teams to measure and enhance the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention campaigns, focusing on end-to-end customer experienceTraining & Governance: educate and support the marketing team on best practices, campaign execution, and the use of marketing automation tools to drive campaign success.

COMPETENCIES (Knowledge and skills needed for this position):

Proven experience in a marketing automation role within a high-growth B2B or B2C technology environment; experience in the health care industry is a bonusProficiency in setting up and managing automated campaigns in platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar toolsExperience with web tracking and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adverity)Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholdersStrategic thinking with a focus on long-term customer acquisition and retention goalsStrong attention to detail, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and project-management skillsFamiliarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CAN-SPAM

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Hybrid work environment (Mondays and Wednesdays in-office for all staff with occasional additional days as necessary for meetings and events)Full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK DEMANDS:

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
