Overview Future opportunity for a Marketing Automation Specialist! While this role is not currently open, we are always looking to connect with talented professionals like yourself for upcoming opportunities. Support the business in executing marketing automation campaigns, assuring the quality of assets built by other team members, and communicating with stakeholders regarding their marketing automation needs. How you'll make an impact Execution of marketing campaigns - activities include but not limited to, quality assurance on campaign flow builds, email creation and scheduling, outbound landing page creation, form creation, media placement tracking, etc. Understand and follow email and marketing automation processes including workflow documentation and QA testing Build and execute test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing, to drive qualified traffic and revenue-building activities Serve as a subject matter authority on marketing automation best practices including campaign executive, email and landing page creation, email deliverability and data integrity Understand cultivating programs as it pertains to execution of email and marketing automation campaigns Support the execution of automated lead generation programs Report on critical email and marketing automation campaign metrics Support the development of digital templates (emails, landing pages, programs) within the marketing automation platform Ensure responsive/mobile email, landing page and form designs meet Gallagher brand standards as well as being cross-browser and cross-device compatible Keep up-to-date on email and marketing automation best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing and projected results. Meet or exceed internal SLAs and seamlessly coordinate across time-zones as needed Marketing Automation Platform authority About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required. Experience with managing Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation Tools (like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Watson, or Marketo) in a B2B environment required. Highly Preferred: 5+ years digital marketing experience with experience working on a marketing automation platform such as Watson/Silverpop, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot Previous familiarity/direct experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) Be able to demonstrate a high level of marketing automation and CRM experience Excellent communication skills written, verbal, presentation HTML/CSS knowledge and Intermediate to high level skills in building responsive emails and landing pages Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with B2B lead generation (inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, etc.) Shown ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as being a motivated, self-starter Ability to succeed in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
