What the day will look like • Develop, execute, measure and optimize campaigns on a continuous basis • Analyse, share and present campaign results with broader our marketing team and stakeholders • Enhance marketing and lead generation efforts as well as standardized reporting • Identify and prioritize the development of campaigns executed in Latin America • Play a key role in sharing best practices and industry trends among team members How this opportunity is different You will be able to help Aon to generate leads and make a difference in the daily basis. Skills and experience that will lead to success • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish • Knowledge and experience working in marketing automation tools (Eloqua preferred) • Experience developing targeted automated marketing campaigns • Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript and CSS is preferred • Confidence in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, SharePoint knowledge is a plus • Flexibility to work from home or adapt to an office setting How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
