As a Marketing & Brand Manager at Con-Air, you will play a pivotal role in developing our brand voice, image, and strategy. You will be responsible for growing our social media presence and driving content acquisition strategies. This junior to mid-level position will focus on building the "flywheel" of our brand across digital platforms, while also managing influencer partnerships and supporting our B2B marketing efforts. You will ensure that brand guidelines are consistently followed and work closely with the revenue teams to maintain accountability.
Responsibilities Be a cultural champion demonstrating trust, a bias for action and entrepreneurship.Spearhead the development and execution of social media strategies to grow Con-Air’s online presence.Lead influencer partnerships in coordination with the overall B2B marketing strategy.Ensure brand guidelines and best practices are adhered to across all content and marketing channels.Collaborate with the revenue teams to ensure accountability and alignment with brand objectives.Drive content acquisition and creation efforts that align with brand goals and audience engagement.Oversee the performance of social media content, measuring success through key metrics such as social proof and brand guideline adherence.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and proper execution of marketing campaigns.Provide detailed reports and analysis on the effectiveness of content strategies and social media initiatives.
