The right candidate will act as the vital link between the company’s information technology capacity and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of the company’s software product’s features.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Define configuration specifications and business requirementsPerform Quality AssuranceDefine reporting and alerting requirementsOwn and develop a relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integrationHelp design, document, and maintain system processesReport on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product teamCommunicate key insights and findings to product teamConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customerVerify and reconcile data that has been entered into the system and educate users on how to correctly enter that information initiallyConduct or coordinate user acceptance, performance stress regression and integration testing; make changes and corrections as neededConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtimeAbility to travel overnight

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Three to five years of experience in business/system analysis or quality assurance Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools Knowledge of full application lifecycle, development and project design tools and methodologiesExperience with business process and/or workflows requiredStrong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills including the ability to work well on a team, share and collaborate on projects, and help develop technical and strategy items Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderate

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field a plusExperience with testing scripts, system testing, use cases, and platform integrations is preferred
