Marketing Campaign Management Specialist The Marketing Campaign Management Specialist is responsible for managing multi-channel customer campaigns including coordination, execution and scenario planning email, direct mail, and mobile/SMS (when applicable) campaigns for all marketing programs. Responsibilities include critically important and timely customer segmentation, campaign test strategies, performance reporting and campaign outputs. In addition, this position is key to providing strategic support and insights on the development and evolution of highly relevant and dynamic customer engagement strategies, managing, and monitoring expenses, and supporting an environment of automation, integration, and continuous improvement in the campaign management space. This role is primarily focused in the Adobe Campaign platform, but experience and expertise in other platforms is welcome. Responsibilities: (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned). + Collaborates with internal marketing and technology teams and external partners to plan, execute, and measure campaign performance. Builds and maintains effective working relationships to provide efficient, timely, customer service or client/project support and influences at the group level. + Optimizes customer contact strategies to maximize sales and minimum marketing expense through critical analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and developing insights and recommendations for improvement based on key learnings. + Executes store targeting criteria, channel, and content rules in True Value's Adobe Campaign tool. + Cross trains with loyalty management specialist to back-up loyalty operational tasks. Accountable for training and assisting others and can be relied on to troubleshoot problems. Cross trains with digital marketing team to back-up operational tasks and ad-hoc projects. + Supports the maintenance and development of the campaign platform, data mart and distribution channels. Is relied upon to provide effective and actionable technical solutions and recommendations. + Creates and maintains comprehensive tracking reports of all campaigns, applying channel governance and customer contact rules. + May lead projects or perform major segments of larger projects, and/or may provide project leadership, recommending the deployment of resources, assigning staff, and determining schedules. + Demonstrates initiative; participates in the development of policies and procedures. + Applies training and experience to independently resolve a variety of complex problems that have significant impact on cost or efficiency of business operations. + Ability to coordinate and manage vendor partner relationships. + Experience in other platforms is a positive. Education & Experience: + Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience. + 4-6 years of related experience, preferably in marketing and/or campaign management. + HTML, CSS, and Email design best practices for the purposes of troubleshooting and updating creative. + Experience applying advanced concepts and understanding of departmental and institutional policies, procedures, methods, principles, and techniques. + Work Environment: Generally, works in climate-controlled office environment. + Travel: Travel may vary in length and duration.
