Description
A large financial institution is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join its credit card and brand acquisition team in Wilmington, DE. This role focuses on managing and executing marketing campaigns to drive new credit card applications through strategic partnerships. You will work within a highly collaborative team environment, overseeing multiple campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution across digital marketing channels.
Location: Wilmington, DE (hybrid-onsite)
Duration: 6 months w/ potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $42-47/hour
Hours: 40-hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage end-to-end execution of acquisition marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
+ Oversee campaign development, from creative brief to final approval, across digital channels (email, banners, landing pages, and more).
+ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, content, audit, and analytics, to facilitate smooth campaign execution.
+ Collaborate with external partners and agencies to develop creative assets and ensure marketing materials meet regulatory and brand standards.
+ Track and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, launching new initiatives every two weeks while maintaining ongoing projects.
+ Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address risks to ensure timely delivery.
+ Work within established marketing workflow systems and tools, including Excel, Optima, and other project management platforms.
+ Support campaign performance tracking and reporting, ensuring optimizations are made based on data insights.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign/project management, or similar roles.
+ Experience managing marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at various stages.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
+ Ability to think ahead, anticipate challenges, and drive solutions proactively.
+ Energetic, inquisitive, and eager to learn alongside a team in a highly collaborative atmosphere.
+ Experience in financial services or credit card marketing is a plus but not required.
Additional Details:
+ The role will initially be hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote), with potential for transitioning to full-time in-office.
+ This role offers the potential for contract extension or conversion to FTE based on business needs.
+ The interview process includes a panel interview followed by a meeting with key stakeholders.
