Are you ready to take the lead in crafting innovative and engaging digital campaigns? We are seeking a Dynamic Digital Campaign Officer who is passionate about driving 360-degree campaigns for our B2B brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on staying ahead of the latest advertising technologies and trends, and who can seamlessly integrate paid, owned, and earned media to create impactful marketing strategies.

Your impact:

Lead the planning, management, and analysis of advertising campaigns across all platforms, ensuring alignment with our go-to-market strategy.

Collaborate with Marketing Business Accounts to understand and address business needs, and with the Communications department to ensure consistent messaging.

Develop and execute campaign objectives with clear, business-oriented ROIs.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to optimize campaign performance.

Support the creation, copywriting, and development of materials that reflect market trends and resonate with our audience.

Identify and advise on new opportunities to enhance our digital presence.

About you:

Experience: 0 to 5 years in digital media, with a strong enthusiasm for digital marketing.

Mindset: A marketeer at heart, with experience or a keen interest in: Facebook/LinkedIn/Google/YouTube Advertising, Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), Creative tools (e.g., Photoshop & Illustrator) and Project management tools and methods (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, Basecamp, Agile, Scrum) 

CRM tools and Google Business Apps (considered an asset)

Basic coding knowledge (HTML5/CSS/JS) and motion graphics (considered an asset)

A proactive problem-solver who remains output-oriented and pragmatic, even without perfect briefings.

A constant learner, eager to stay updated with the latest industry trends.

A collaborative team player who knows when to involve others in projects.

A multitasker who maintains a strong focus on quality.

An excellent communicator, capable of providing high-level summaries and diving into technical details.
