This position focuses on driving customer engagement and lead generation through effective collaboration and execution. The role involves working closely with senior staff in a fast-paced environment to contribute to the success of marketing goals. · Manage logistics and execution of tradeshows and events, collaborating with cross-functional teams. · Support the creation and management of tradeshow assets, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and quality standards. · Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and deliverables for smooth execution. · Assist in defining tradeshow objectives, target audience, and messaging with marketing leadership. · Implement lead generation strategies across channels (email, social media, webinars, events). · Assist with paid advertising, retargeting, and lead nurturing efforts. · Monitor performance metrics and contribute to KPI analysis. · Support A/B testing and use data insights to improve campaigns. · Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment and report progress to stakeholders. **Your profile** · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. · 2+ years of marketing experience, with exposure to campaign management. · Basic project management and multitasking abilities. · Strong communication skills. · Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics. · Knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social media, online ads). · Data-driven mindset with creative campaign contributions. · Collaborative attitude and ability to work under supervision in a dynamic environment.
