Purpose of the Position (General summary of the position)
HSBC accelerates its transformation plans to become a more agile, innovative and customer-centric bank. The primary role focuses on understanding the present and future needs of the segments HSBC hopes to attract as customers, identifying market opportunities, and developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at growing the total number of consumer banking customers.
The Marketing strategy must contribute to attracting new customers to the bank through innovative initiatives and using digital channels as the main means of attraction and conversion, as well as ensuring the creation of value for both the customer and HSBC.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for prioritizing the budget according to business objectives, the end-to-end implementation of comprehensive campaigns to attract quality clients, as well as continuous optimization actions and measurement of the impact of the implemented initiatives.
