As a Marketing Channel Execution Automation lead on the Performance Marketing team, you will lead a highly skilled and motivated Channel Execution Testing team. You should have a strong background in automation and a deep understanding of marketing technology. You will be responsible for leading the testing efforts to ensure seamless execution across various marketing channels, enhancing our marketing technology stack, and driving efficiency through automation and the use of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the testing strategy and execution for marketing channel initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve test case generation, data analysis, and reporting, driving innovation in testing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product development, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Manage the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring thorough testing of all marketing channel activities. Identify industry trends and best practices in marketing technology, automation, and LLMs, and lead the development of a testing roadmap to deliver on these advancements. Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and key metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a testing lead role, with a focus on marketing technology and automation. Strong understanding of marketing channels and technologies, including email, Ads, web, and mobile platforms. Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in testing and data analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management toolsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools. Knowledge of the marketing technology stack and how it can drive automation and efficiency. Certification in software testing or related fields.
