Job Overview

The Marketing Communication Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotel’s marketing and social media strategies. The role ensures on-brand communication across all platforms, supports business objectives, and safeguards the brand's reputation while driving engagement and revenue through creative and strategic content.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

Uphold the brand’s reputation and ensure consistent implementation of brand standards.Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and guests to foster strong relationships.Actively participate in marketing activities and support operational departments as needed.Promote eco-friendly practices in line with Earth Check principles.Maintain confidentiality and ensure marketing systems and databases are up-to-date.

Marketing Social Media Management

Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans aligned with the brand's positioning.Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.Identify influencers and content creators for collaborations and partnerships.Supervise social media agencies, photographers, and videographers.

Content Creation

Design visually appealing content that reflects the brand’s luxurious image.Manage and organize digital assets, including photography and videography.Produce creative campaigns to promote rooms, food beverage outlets, and events.Generate promotional materials and align communication campaigns with marketing strategies.Work with Cluster Creative Services for content creation.

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Meta, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).Skilled in Adobe Suite, Corel Draw, and multimedia tools for photography, video, and animation.Strong time management, administrative skills, and professional English business correspondence.
