JOB SUMMARY

Hybrid position located in Dallas, TX

\n\n\n

This position supports the Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance and reports to the System’s Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Value-based Care. The Marketing and Public Relations Consultant will focus on employer relations as well as strategies logistics that enhance the organization’s brand/messaging. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, however entry level (Associates degree and less than 1 year of experience) candidates are encouraged to apply as well.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE 

\n\n\n

Support the BSW Quality Alliance Business Development team with customized client collateral.  

\n\n\n

Maintain a library of presentations 

\n

Track, evaluate and support executive speaking opportunities as well as industry awards

\n

Coordinate logistics for website updates

\n

Manage invitations, agendas, deck development, recordings and follow-up for large-scale internal/external meetings  

\n\n\n

Develop and maintain distribution lists for efficient and accurate communication  

\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS 

\n\n\n

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point). 

\n\n\n

Strong analytic skills. 

\n\n\n

Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

\n\n
