We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communication Specialist with a strong focus on customer event, exhibition, and webinar planning. The successful candidate, based in Northwest Europe (United Kingdom, Ireland, Nordic and Baltic Countries), will play a crucial role in our marketing team, driving engagement and brand awareness through meticulously planned and executed events, both online and offline.
Your role:
Event Planning and Management: Organize and manage customer events, including trade shows, exhibitions, customer user forums, and online events, ensuring a seamless experience from conception to completion. Exhibition Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for exhibition participation, including booth design, promotional materials, and staff coordination. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with event vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for events, ensuring cost-effective strategies and adherence to financial guidelines. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers through engaging event experiences and effective communication strategies. Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of events and webinars, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements. Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that leverage events, exhibitions, and webinars to achieve business objectives. Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling materials for events and webinars, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.Your expertise:
Experience: Proven experience in planning and executing customer events, exhibitions, and webinars. Skills: Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with webinar platforms, event management tools, and digital marketing tools. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts that captivate and engage audiences. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of events and webinars are executed flawlessly. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Self-starter: Entrepreneurial sensibility to see unmet needs and engage with these.
