Marketing/Communications Coordinator
Description Robert Half has partnered with an organization looking for a Marketing/Communications Coordinator in SARANAC, Michigan. The successful candidate will be primarily involved in daily marketing projects, focusing on areas such as online store fulfillment, order processing, and project coordination. This role also encompasses various aspects of digital marketing including social media management, email marketing, and videography and video editing. This is a great role for candidates starting out in their career seeking advancement opportunities. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of prior work experience in a marketing generalist role - being able to do social media marketing, video/photo work, graphic design, and administrative work. Responsibilities: • Utilize CRM for processing and managing customer orders. • Handle online store fulfillment operations with accuracy and efficiency. • Leverage Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Instagram to track and improve digital marketing performance. • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage customers. • Create content for various platforms to increase brand awareness. • Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion. • Support all photography and videography for the brand. Creating content for marketing platforms, web, and social channels. • Design graphics, print, and web materials. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. • Manage all social media content for the brand. Attend events and capture content in the field. Requirements • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing/Communications Coordinator, Graphic Design, or Multimedia role. • Proficient in using Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to drive marketing decisions. • Experience in managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok accounts for brand promotion. • Demonstrated skills in enhancing Brand Awareness through various marketing strategies. • Proven ability in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Experience in Collateral Management to support marketing activities. • Excellent communication skills. Timely follow up. Workplace professionalism. Ability to work onsite in office 5 days per week.
