Job Description
The Marketing & Communication Lead (PL) will play a key role in implementing employer branding, and communication initiatives in Poland. This position focuses on delivering impactful campaigns and activities to strengthen the company’s reputation, attract top talent, and foster employee engagement. The role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional and global strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Employer Branding and Engagement:**
· Plan and execute employer branding campaigns that highlight the company’s culture and values
· Coordinate marketing campaigns that enhance the company’s presence in the talent market and support recruitment objectives.
· Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement local employer branding strategies.
· Partner with universities, student & specialized talent associations, and industry forums to promote the company as an employer of choice.
· Contribute to the creation of branded materials and digital content for recruitment and engagement initiatives.
· Coordinate employer branding campaigns that highlight the company’s culture and values.
· Enhance brand reputation in local and global reputation platforms (in scope).
· Coordinate local employee engagement events, recognition programs & ESG Programs & initiatives.
· Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding and engagement initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
**Internal Communication:**
· Coordinate internal communications content & platforms- newsletters, intranet updates, and other internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
· Work closely with local teams to gather and share success stories, employee testimonials, and updates across internal platforms.
· Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging.
External Communication:
· Support the development of external communication efforts, including public relations and business event collateral & keynote support.
· Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and values.
· Act as a point of contact for external agencies and vendors supporting marketing and communication activities.
**Qualifications & Competencies**
**Education & Experience:**
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or employer branding, preferably in a multinational environment.
· Proven experience in delivering successful campaigns across multiple channels.
**Skills** :
**Communication Skills:**
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in **Polish** and **English** .
· Proficiency in creating engaging content for internal and external audiences.
· Good knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok).
· Experience in designing and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
· Familiarity with branding and promotional strategies tailored to local market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (nice to have) - tools for content creation and publishing (e.g., Canva)
