Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Magna Industrial and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.

Job Description

Location: Stone Mountain, GA (Hybrid-Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work at home on Friday)

 

As the Marketing Communications Specialist III, you will be an integral part of the marketing team, supporting the development and execution of strategies across various channels, including digital, social media and content marketing. You will work closely with team members across the organization to identify opportunities for impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with key customer audiences and drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty.

 

You will assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns that align with Heatcraft Refrigeration Products' brand goals. Your contributions will help maintain a consistent brand presence across all marketing platforms, including the website, social media, email and promotional materials. By leveraging your understanding of marketing principles, you will support efforts to drive measurable engagement and achieve strategic marketing objectives.

 

In addition to content creation, you will support the management and optimization of digital and social media campaigns, ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with our business goals. Your role will involve collaborating with Product Development, Sales, Engineering, Graphic Designers, and Creative Agencies to develop and execute marketing programs that highlight our products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that include digital, social media and content marketing.Support the creation, editing and optimization of content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, promotional materials, blogs and customer case studies.Help manage and schedule social media content, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging across all channels.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage digital campaigns, including paid media, SEO and email marketing, to drive traffic and engagement.Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital and social media campaigns, providing support in making data-driven recommendations for optimization.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with product launches, promotions, and strategic initiatives.Support the creation and management of the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and content.Coordinate with writers, graphic designers and agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with Heatcraft Refrigeration Products’ brand standards.Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to conduct testing and analysis to gauge the effectiveness of marketing efforts and implement improvements.Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and content ideas that drive customer engagement. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires at least 5 years related experience.Experience supporting the strategic development and tactical execution of content-related projects, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth project flow.Experience assisting in the creation of compelling messages for both technical and non-technical audiences, with the opportunity to develop deeper expertise in communicating technology benefits.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to support project execution.Motivated team player with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to projects, while growing into more independent roles.An interest in developing an editorial mindset and learning to anticipate audience preferences.Basic understanding of web publishing and digital platform content requirements, with the potential to expand knowledge in this area.Experience in industrial B2B sectors (nice to have), with an interest in gaining expertise in the HVACR industry.Strong copywriting skills, with a desire to further refine and develop these skills.Experience or interest in maintaining content management systems.

 

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $77,000 - $96,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
