Marketing Content Manager, Latin America Private Banking

Join J.P. Morgan Private Bank's Marketing team and shape the content strategy for our Latin America business. This role offers the chance to deepen client relationships and attract new prospects through innovative content and digital communication strategies.

As a Content Marketing Manager within the Private Bank, you will define and manage the content and communication strategy for the business in Latin America. Your work will enhance client relationships, attract new prospects, and improve client experiences through various digital channels and content formats, collaborating with key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful content programs and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives—elevating our brand presence and product offerings among existing clients and prospects with measurable results. Manage and deliver digital campaigns and content programs, including market commentaries, across various formats (e-mail, web articles, videos, social media posts) and digital channels (e-mail, web, social media, paid media, messaging apps…) in partnership with colleagues of the different Centers of Excellence. Develop a content framework to support the acquisition of prospects via digital media campaigns, exploring audience segmentation and testing opportunities. Implement innovative strategic marketing programs and initiatives to increase investment product penetration with new and existing clients.  Partner with Business Intelligence and Digital teams to analyze engagement metrics, commercial results, and ROI to improve content strategy and audience segmentation Curate, write and edit content products and communications. Manage content marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficient budget allocation.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

7 years of Content development experience in financial services or related industries. Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese. Editorial, writing, and organizational skills. Data-driven marketing approach with experience in audience analysis, segmentation, and content performance measurement. Understanding of the Latin American region and macroeconomic landscape. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor’s degree  Experience in investments, marketing, or financial services. Experience with leading brands and/or marketing organizations. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
