The Marketing Content Manager at Fun Town RV will oversee the creation, management, and optimization of website and social media content, ensuring consistency across all platforms and alignment with the brand’s voice. A key aspect of the role involves maintaining and improving the website via WordPress, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and performance, and driving engagement through high-quality content. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, expertise in WordPress, and the ability to keep multiple digital channels on-brand and cohesive.
Key Responsibilities:Website Content Management and Optimization Use WordPress or Similar backend to manage and update website content, including RV listings, blogs, event pages, and promotions. Conduct regular content audits to ensure all website information, such as RV descriptions, pricing, photos, and videos, is accurate and up-to-date. Optimize web pages for SEO, improving organic search visibility and user experience. Collaborate with photographers and videographers to update multimedia assets, ensuring all RV models are showcased professionally and consistently. Manage site performance and user experience, addressing broken links, outdated content, or technical issues promptly. Content Creation and Strategy Develop a comprehensive content strategy, including website, blog, and social media content calendars. Write and publish engaging and optimized RV descriptions, blogs, and educational content about RVs, outdoor adventures, and industry trends. Create multimedia content, such as video tours, lifestyle content, and tutorials, to enhance the customer journey. Ensure content aligns with Fun Town RV’s tone, brand messaging, and marketing objectives. Social Media Management Plan, create, and manage social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Align social media content with website messaging to ensure consistency and promote cross-platform engagement. Track and analyze social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement. Collaborate with influencers and partners to generate user-driven content that promotes Fun Town RV. Brand Alignment and Consistency Maintain consistency in brand voice, style, and visuals across all platforms and marketing materials. Ensure all website and social media content reflects Fun Town RV’s mission, values, and customer-centric focus. Conduct regular reviews to confirm that all digital content is cohesive, aligned, and performing effectively. Collaboration and Project Management Work closely with the sales, inventory, and service departments to create content that supports their goals. Coordinate with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, and web developers, as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns.
