We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the Premium Segment within its Global Refinish team to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain. We accept hybrid work (2 days from home, 3 days from the office).
This goal of this role is to improve the customer retention and market share growth by developing and distributing high-quality marketing tools, presentations, and programs aligned with the company's strategic initiatives. The Specialist will also facilitate customer engagement programs to maximize the value of Axalta’s partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and distribute sales tools, technical documentation, and marketing materials to support the Premium segment.Create impacting presentations to communicate Axalta’s value proposition throughout the sales process.Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing programs and ensure messaging consistency across stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.Optimize the team’s use of sales enablement systems (e.g., Seismic) and provide training to ensure effective utilization.Maintain brand standards across all materials and communications.Work closely with creative agencies, manage projects, and foster internal and external partnerships.Key requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business (B2B marketing experience required).Strong skills in PowerPoint, project management, and communications.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.Willingness to travel occasionally.Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
