As a Marketing Coordinator, you will focus on performance marketing and CRM activation to drive traffic to both online and physical stores, while boosting brand equity. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams (PR, etc.), and external agencies, you'll collaborate with the Global Marketing Team and local Sales Teams to execute effective campaigns. With a strong understanding of digital marketing and the fashion retail industry, you will help implement initiatives that enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager in Korea.
What you will do:
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop strategies that drive business growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.Oversee performance marketing across all channels, including paid media (Social, Search, Display, and Affiliate) and organic channels (Kakao and Newsletter), localizing global assets for local relevance.Maximize the effectiveness of paid media campaigns by partnering with external performance marketing agencies.Manage organic communications, including setting up Kakao push messages and newsletters to drive customer engagement.Assist in managing the campaign calendar, creating paid/organic content, coordinating promotions (both online and offline), and supporting PR activities when needed (gifting, events, affiliate marketing, etc.).Work closely with Merchandising and Online Visual Merchandising teams to propose innovative digital ideas that enhance the brand experience on online platforms and owned channels.Analyze key metrics for digital content and channels to optimize performance and implement actionable insights.Monitor global social accounts, assess new imagery and copy, and adapt them for local communication plans.QualificationsAlignment to our company values is the most important characteristic we look for in all new joiners. What you need to succeed
Some experience in marketing (performance marketing, CRM, or digital marketing), ideally within the fashion industry or related fields.Ability to effectively manage available resources and seek support when needed.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Basic project management experience or the ability to support cross-functional teams with execution of marketing initiatives.Interest in developing creative ideas, with a desire to contribute to strategic marketing efforts.Good communication skills, able to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Familiarity with platforms such as Naver, Kakao, Instagram; basic knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Additional InformationThis is a full-time position based in our Seoul office.
