CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate – Marketing Team at our office in Colonie, NY or Indianapolis, IN. We offer most employees the option of a flexible hybrid schedule with a work week that includes both office and work-from-home days.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services.  These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

 

The Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role in our marketing team by supporting marketing-related activities for our Power & Manufacturing Sector Proposal Team. At CHA, our Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating proposal and qualification responses; creating and updating team resumes and project descriptions; and creating and maintaining various types of marketing materials and communication projects as needed. Additional tasks will include completing pre-qualification forms and registrations, updating professional service firm questionnaires, and updating and maintaining data integrity in the Deltek Vision database.

 

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate and interface with various teams from across the organization, and attention to detail and expert communication, writing, and editing skills will be keys to success in this role. The professional in this role is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of client submittals and is expected to adhere to corporate standards regarding branding and systems.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Business or other related field of study preferredMinimum of 1 year of relevant experienceExperience in AEC industry a plusDemonstrated writing, editing, and formatting skillsStrong communication skills and knowledge of communication toolsExperience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel requiredExperience using Adobe InDesign for document layout preferredExperience with Deltek Vision or databases preferredProven to be client-focusedOutgoing and energetic individual who is a self-starterStrong ability to work independently as well as part of a team SALARY RANGE:

$48,000 - $58,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
