HGA is in search of a Marketing Coordinator who will champion multiple marketing activities to persuade target audiences and drive engagement with HGA’s brand in our Northern California region. This individual will produce marketing collateral, coordinate field marketing, and develop HGA stories to inspire action. From brainstorming ideas and writing content to coordinating project photoshoots and producing proposals, we’re looking for someone who can help us win more desired clients and projects.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate the pursuit process and produce marketing collateral, specifically: RFQ/P responses (brochures, qualifications packages, proposals) and client pitch (interview) presentations.
• Coordinate and develop marketing content and collateral for other marketing initiatives including, but not limited to project awards, conferences, speaking engagements, publications, and advertising.
• Coordinate external (events, conferences) marketing activities and produce corresponding marketing collateral.
• In partnership with project team, coordinate and attend project photo shoots.
• Work in a highly interactive and cross-functional position, collaborating with multiple team members across various disciplines and offices.
• Partner with the Marketing and Communications team on the execution of strategic initiatives and champion marketing projects across teams as appropriate.

You will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Art History (or other related field) or a relevant combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5+ years of professional experience producing marketing collateral in Adobe InDesign and coordinating multiple marketing projects from beginning to end.
• Exceptional aptitude in Adobe InDesign and proficiency with other Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral communication skills — ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to target audiences.
• Proven experience curating content by integrating creative storytelling and visuals.
• Solution-focused mindset with an ability to work in ambiguity and pivot through the unexpected.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective while under the pressure of tight deadlines.
• Interpersonal effectiveness – ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of team members.

Salary Information:

The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $82,000 -$114,700.
