HIRING FOR A MARKETING COORDINATOR FOR A WELL KNOWN ARCHITECTURE FIRM!!

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to develop and execute marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal writing, social media management, print and digital marketing materials, and website maintenance. A passion for architecture and an interest in our mission and portfolio is essential to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives, including proposals, presentations, social media, print and digital marketing materials, and award submissions.Oversee and maintain the firm’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with branding and messaging goals.Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations that align with the company’s strategic goals.Create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand message.Work closely with design teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, including print and digital materials.Assist in the preparation and submission of award applications to promote the firm’s achievements.Monitor and track the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in an architecture, engineering, or design-related field.Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Software: Experience with databases such as Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset preferred.Interest: A genuine interest in our mission and portfolio, and the ability to represent the firm’s vision in marketing materials.Additional Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00

PTO: 16 days
Holidays: 12 holidays

ARE Exams: Covers 50% of the cost and a $500 bonus upon receiving architectural license
