In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materialsMonitor client and industry websites for solicitation statusAssist with data entry for client relationship management and client opportunity information systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboardsMaintain accurate project and resume data in business development systemsSupport implementation of annual and long-term strategic plans within established company direction and goalsSupport implementation of key growth initiatives and investments as defined in annual and long-term strategic plansSupport development of client plans, including long-term strategies to capture market share, as assignedSupport the development and publication of engaging marketing materials that reflects HDR's brand and elevates our thought leadershipSupport implementation of strategies that elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associationsCreate or update marketing collateral to support specific business development effortsSupport and coordinate internal meetings (in-person and virtual)Support implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of AuthoritySupport fulfilling conference sponsorship and participation / attendance requirements, as neededSupport development of engaging communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars).File proposal and presentation materials according to established standards and expectationsMaintain inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences and recruitingPreferredRequirementsDemonstrated “self-starter” with a history of completing tasks with limited oversightStrong interpersonal skills: the ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams and personalities; comfortable working with remote team membersProficient in MS Teams and virtual meetingsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, or a combination of education and relevant experienceStrong information management and data analysis capabilitiesExperience in supporting federal A/E/C proposal efforts from proposal development through submission and interview.Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-personRequired QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
