Responsibilities:
Processes and files invoices properly and accuratelyWorks with internal and external creative resources for project executionCreates digital, print, and social media contentOrganizes and upkeeps literature library including management of branch literature requestsManages all MRFs (marketing request forms)Works with Marketing Communications team and external agencies to create marketing deliverables that are clean, consistent, on-time, and comply with corporate style guidelinesHelps with event planning and coordination of communicationsResponds to requests for marketing material and sales collateralWorks in a cooperative manner with team and superiorsCollaborates with Project Management team and key division personnel regarding specific marketing plans to develop product differentiation and communication responsive to market opportunities and divisional objectivesWorks well with external vendors and customers on occasion to assist in producing communicationsEstablishes strong relationships with vendorsEffectively edits and writes content for communicationsUses understanding of graphic design and typography fundamentalsExecutes keen attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and inaccuraciesQualifications:

The pay range for this position is
$25.80 to $30.95Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
