Axos Bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Commercial Banking and Lending teams. This role will focus on coordinating marketing activities and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Axos’ commercial banking and lending offerings. Reporting directly to the B2B Marketing Strategy team, this position requires a strong blend of organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with an emphasis on leveraging data and analytics to inform strategy and reporting.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their strategic marketing and project management skills while making a measurable impact on Axos’ growth within the commercial banking and lending space.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and managing marketing strategies to support Commercial Banking and Lending initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirementsDraft and manage creative briefs, ensuring marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and support business goalsOversee project management tasks utilizing Workfront, including tracking progress, maintaining deadlines, and organizing deliverablesOwn marketing team processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with risk controls and regularly reviewing workflows for efficiencyAnalyze campaign performance, website metrics, and prospect lists to provide actionable insights and maintain a robust marketing dashboard to inform strategyDevelop and deliver Quarterly Marketing Reports, bi-weekly updates, and enterprise-wide MAPs reports with data-driven recommendations for improvementCollaborate with the team to create and distribute internal newsletters and communications, ensuring alignment with key priorities.Organize, archive, and maintain marketing assets for efficient compliance and audit reviewsManage administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate records for financial accountabilityProofread and edit non-technical marketing copy to ensure clarity and adherence to Axos’s standardsPartner with the broader B2B marketing team to share ideas, cross-train, and drive operational efficienciesSupport the Commercial Marketing Strategy team with a mix of tactical, administrative, and strategic tasks to drive growth and market positioningQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a related role, preferably within commercial banking, lending, or financial servicesStrong organizational and project management skills, with proficiency in Workfront or similar platformsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, report on metrics, and provide actionable insightsProficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media toolsStrong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and editing skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teamsAxos Employee Benefits May Include:
