Viking Coca-Cola remains a dedicated family-run establishment that includes the Faber family and extends beyond to all members of the team including delivery drivers, sales personnel, executive management, and our partners.\nWhat does a Marketing Coordinator do?\n

As a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand presence. You'll assist in driving marketing efforts by creating eye-catching graphics and signage, while your design skills in Adobe InDesign will empower our sales team with impactful materials that truly capture the essence of our diverse brands. Your responsibilities will extend to ordering and distributing POS and merchandising materials, preparing essential documents for chain and independent headquarters calls, and publishing sales and marketing content for both internal and external audiences. You'll help manage incentive programs during special emphasis periods and ensure that all required reports are timely and accurate.\n

Additionally, you'll be involved in training sessions aimed at enhancing skills for our Home Market and On-Premise teams. By maintaining our website and social media content, you'll actively contribute to enhancing the company's image and ensuring our messaging resonates with employees, customers, and consumers alike.\nAre you the Marketing Coordinator we're looking for?\n

Proficiency in software tools is crucial; you should possess intermediate skills in Excel and be well-versed in Adobe Suite programs. Exceptional communication and formal presentation abilities will enable you to share ideas effectively. Strong organization, planning skills, and effective time management are vital for juggling multiple tasks.\n
