Coordinates the delivery and supports the design of advertising/marketing communications materials to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. Coordinates and supports the development of multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays).
**What you will do:**
+ Oversee the event planning process for customer visits such as Customer Experience visits, Upstream labs, and VOC (Voice of Customer) events at Instruments sites.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to meet or exceed established event goals and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
+ Manage HCP (Health Care Professional) travel and lodging needs for customer visits, coordinating with MarComm, Sales, and Marketing teams.
+ Plan and organize tradeshow VIP tours, including scheduling, collateral preparation, and acting as the onsite host during the event.
+ Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate the sharing of critical event information, including with Facilities, Catering, Front Desk, 1941 Express Car Service, Information Services, and Security teams.
+ Calendar management for event attendance, managing catering requests, car service scheduling, and expense reconciliation
+ Provide onsite support during customer visits and labs, ensuring all logistical aspects run smoothly and to the highest standard.
+ Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Medical Education teams to ensure a coordinated approach to customer experience.
+ Maintain and update program data, reporting on utilization, highlights, and overall business impact.
+ Manage expense reports for the related travel that is booked for events planned
+ Maintain and manage appropriate collateral materials such as building signage, event agendas, and internal documentation, ensuring alignment with Stryker branding guidelines.
+ Stay up to date on budget guidelines, working within established budgets set by event leads.
+ Promotional item support
+ Communication content preparation, meeting support assistance as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications (Required):**
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of work experience required
**Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):**
+ Event Coordination experience preferred
