Marketing Coordinator
Description Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company based in Chicago, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both Traffic Marketing and Field Marketing to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall marketing success. Key Responsibilities: + Traffic Marketing: + Develop and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms. + Use SEO, paid search, and paid social strategies to maximize visibility. + Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed to meet KPIs. + Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize content and enhance user engagement. + Field Marketing: + Plan and coordinate field marketing events, including pop-up shops, brand activations, and in-person promotions. + Travel to key locations in Milwaukee and Indiana to manage on-the-ground marketing efforts and ensure successful execution of events. + Build relationships with local influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand presence in each market. + Assist in the setup, promotion, and follow-up of events to ensure high turnout and effective audience engagement. + Collaborative Efforts: + Work closely with the broader marketing team, sales, and external partners to create cohesive campaigns that blend online and offline marketing strategies. + Assist in developing marketing materials for both digital and physical events, including flyers, banners, social media posts, and email campaigns. + Help track and report on both digital and event-based marketing metrics. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in Traffic Marketing (SEO, paid ads, content marketing) and Field Marketing (event planning, brand activations). + Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, etc.). + Ability to travel regularly, including occasional trips to Milwaukee and Indiana. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences both online and in-person. + Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once. + A passion for marketing and a creative, proactive mindset.
