Marketing Coordinator

About the Role: 

In this role you will execute key elements of marketing strategies for SupplySide events and the SupplySide Fresh education program, while also supporting audience development tasks. This role will focus on implementing sponsorship and partnership marketing commitments, ensuring seamless execution and maximum value delivery for SupplySide events. The coordinator will be instrumental in driving engagement, enhancing brand visibility, growing audience reach, and contributing to the overall success of these industry-leading initiatives. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities  

Coordinate and execute macro/micro marketing campaigns under the direction of the Senior Event Marketing Manager 

Work with the team to design, document and execute initiatives for SupplySide Fresh 

Work with the team to design, document and execute initiatives for sponsorship and partnership development activities for SupplySide Events.  

Coordinate with multiple departments such as design, sales, content, partnerships and sponsorships 

Point of contact for sponsorship and partnership related promotions (social media, banner ads, onsite signage promotions, etc.)  

Coordinate and execute social media for all partnership and sponsorship contracts 

Coordinate and execute all branded swag purchases and shipments for the marketing team 

Coordinate and execute on all show shipments on behalf of the marketing team 

Work onsite at Informa Health & Nutrition trade shows and other outside industry events supporting social media and other event marketing needs including managing the booths or tabletops 

Perform any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility  

Qualifications

Minimum Education Level  

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field from accredited university or college  

Background Knowledge, Skills, & Experience  

Proficient in the use of Microsoft365, including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel 

Excellent verbal and written communications skills  

Strong attention to detail and proactive behavior and attitude  

Outstanding project management skills  

Excellent organization, planning, multi-tasking and time management skills  

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment; comfortable working on multiple projects with ability to meet short deadlines  

Willingness and ability to travel up to 10 times per year 

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Social Media channels 

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
