Marketing Coordinator
Overview Supports the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at promoting organizational priorities. Key components of that support include research, campaign analytics and the creation of marketing collateral. The Marketing Coordinator may also be responsible for managing processes with outside vendors, tracking project progress across functional partners and creative solutions to fill service line promotional needs. Responsibilities * Supports strategy development through the execution of research including competitive landscapes, market trends and target audiences. * Evaluates and monitors campaign performance on an ongoing basis by developing reports, monitoring performance and identifying key insights. * Tracks and manages the progress of strategic initiatives. * Assumes responsibility for the development, production and editing of promotional materials including print, digital and social media. * Develops strategies for the distribution of creative content through the appropriate channels. * Works with cross-functional departments (e.g., Creative Productions, Digital Services) and outside vendors (e.g., advertising agencies, freelancers, printers, etc) to ensure project objectives are clear and work is completed effectively and efficiently. * Works with other C&M staff to monitor and guide the appropriate execution of brand identity in all media formats: print, electronic, collateral material, vehicles, and facilities. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience in health care public relations or marketing or the equivalent required. * Strong project management skills required. * Ability to prioritize workstreams effectively. * Ability to work independently; demonstrating solid decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrated written and oral communications skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively and accurately under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Commitment to fostering respectful collaboration within a diverse community. * A curious nature and a strong willingness to learn! * Area of Interest:Professional/Management * FTE/Hours per pay period:1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week * Shift:Day * Job ID:29869 Dartmouth Health is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
