Description:
This Marketing Coordinator will support Piedmont Rockdale and Piedmont Newton. This position is on-site and can sit at either location.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Collaborates, develops and executes local entity marketing plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Works with management to help identify and manage marketing projects for assigned entity.
2. Plans, develops and supervises the preparation, issuance and delivery of marketing campaigns, collateral materials and digital media, including identifying the needs of clients and developing and managing recommendations from creation to completion (involves managing relationships with clients, writers, graphic designers, photographers, etc.)
3. Leads inter-disciplinary teams of directors, physicians and executives through the marketing planning process and implementation of the marketing plan.
4. Implements local execution of service line campaigns/initiatives.
5. Provides analysis of marketing efforts to determine effectiveness.
6. Follows established guidelines in planning and executing marketing activities.
7. Responsible for managing website updates.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a closely related field is required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One (1) year of progressively responsible work experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in a healthcare system, physician marketing, or closely related field is required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires travel in the community - car and driver's license are required.
