Marketing Coordinator

Compensation: $47,100 - $61,200 / year

The opportunity

Are you passionate about sports marketing and ready to make an impact with one of the most iconic teams in the NHL? The Boston Bruins are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help drive innovative campaigns and support key initiatives across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Bruins programs across Community Relations, Youth Hockey Fan Development, Heritage Hall, and the Boston Bruins Foundation. Youth Engagement: Partner with the Youth Hockey Fan Development team to support the Bruins Kids Clubcrafting monthly newsletters, brainstorming and executing events, and managing special offers to grow fan engagement. Brand Partnership Support: Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships team to: Assist in ideating new business opportunities Support in-game partnership activations (excluding signage, tickets, and hospitality) Develop and implement marketing campaigns for partner programs Integrated Marketing Calendar: Work closely with your Marketing Coordinator counterpart to manage the master calendar, covering channels such as TV, radio, OOH, digital (web, mobile, social, email), gameday rosters, in-arena StadiumVision HubVision, and special events. Creative Collaboration: Partner with the in-house Creative Services team to develop compelling marketing materials, while managing and prioritizing creative requests from key departments. Team Support: Contribute to department-wide marketing initiatives and events, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Bruins overall marketing strategy. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $47,100 – $61,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator counterpart to manage the Master Integrated Marketing Calendar, covering channels such as: TV, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising Digital platforms, including web, mobile, social media, and email Gameday rosters, in-arena StadiumVision HubVision, and special events Act as a key marketing liaison for the Corporate Partnerships team by: Assisting in the development of innovative ideas for new business opportunities Supporting the execution of in-game partnership activations (excluding signage, tickets, and hospitality) Designing and implementing marketing campaigns for partner programs Work closely with the in-house Creative Services team to produce compelling marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Manage and prioritize creative requests from the Corporate Partnerships team to support all partner activation initiatives. More about you Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred. 12 years of relevant experience in promotional marketing, preferably within a sports team, professional league, or sports-related environment. Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, event activations, or fan engagement programs is highly desirable. Shift details
