Responsibilities:
Customer Meetings and Events: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing the annual customer user group meeting and other events ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees. Includes managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing logistics. Content Management Support: Serve as the primary contact for importing graphic files into the marketing content platform, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and visually appealing. Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice. Internal Communications Support: Support internal communications programs by creating and posting content and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization. Marketing Purchasing Process: Assist with the marketing budget and purchase order (PO) process, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring budget adherence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the software industry. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing content platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
