Hannah Savage with Robert Half is working with a professional organization in the Engineering field who is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Rochester, New York. In this role, you will be handling a wide range of tasks from developing marketing campaigns to managing databases. The work involves coordinating with team members to identify new project opportunities and ensuring all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute strategic marketing initiatives based on identified market needs.
• Develop and manage content, including proposals, presentations, project descriptions, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify and pursue project opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Ensure all marketing materials, including ads and direct mail pieces, are in line with brand standards.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing and visual presentation files and information.
• Conduct research on client markets and specific projects, collecting and compiling relevant data.
• Handle the upkeep of project and resume databases.
• Prepare teams for presentations or interviews.
• Manage the development of proposals and statements of qualifications in response to RFPs/RFQs, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines.

Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Marketing Coordinator role or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Corporate Marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategies.
• Demonstrated skills in Content Marketing, with the ability to create engaging and impactful content.
• Solid understanding and experience in Brand Marketing, with the capacity to uphold and enhance our brand image.
• Experience in devising and executing Marketing Campaigns that effectively resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software and online applications.
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to marketing strategies.
• Detail-oriented and creative, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
