**Job Description**
_This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 2 to 3 days a week ( 10 to 12 days per month) at our Saint Petersburg, FL, corporate office._
Under limited supervision, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to coordinate, monitor, and assist in the implementation of marketing and communications tactics and projects. Performs entry to intermediate-level project management analysis and/or project administration tasks. General guidelines are provided to perform a variety of tasks with some independent decision-making responsibility. Responsible for basic client support while triaging and/or directly addressing routine questions and solutions. Regular contact with internal and external stakeholders or clients is required to obtain, clarify, or provide facts and information.
** **_The expected start date is March 2025. To qualify for employment, candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday during business hours beginning in March 2025._** **
**Responsibilities:**
+ Based on existing processes and established best practices, it provides tactical recommendations to support client marketing efforts, often including adapting existing materials to fit existing needs and/or providing pathways to successful initiative completion.
+ Assists in implementing marketing strategies and plans by coordinating the creation and production of marketing and communications materials, including reviewing specifications and requirements, obtaining and preparing bids, and liaising with vendors.
+ Supports execution of established marketing plans through effective internal (agency) and external (client) communications and/or project management.
+ May coordinate the organization, maintenance, and updating of the client's investment products, department offerings, and service information on the organization’s intranet system.
+ Contributes to the development of tutorials, best practices, and documentation for internal/departmental and/or external/client reference.
+ Provides basic consulting to clients in order to resolve immediate questions and/or requests.
+ Identifies opportunities to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP); and researches, prepares, and tracks responses.
+ Manage intake process for projects; build and execute project plans.
+ Assists in preparing financial information or other general reports.
+ Conducts basic marketing research and compiles results and insights for projects, as assigned.
+ Coordinates the creation and production of marketing and communications materials (including copy, layout, Web design and/or audio/visual material) through the internal marketing agency.
+ Provides basic project consulting to clients and account managers in order to resolve immediate questions and/or requests.
+ May work with account managers and/or clients to review and test marketing deliverables against the project objectives, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
+ Assists marketing leadership with special projects related to timely business needs.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Skills:**
+ Principles and practices of customer relations, marketing, and communications.
+ Basic concepts, practices, and principles of project management methodology, including project management, analysis, administration, and documentation.
+ Fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry.
+ Creating and maintaining project documentation and communications.
+ Coordinating projects, communicating changes and progress, and completing projects on time and budget.
+ Communicating clearly and informatively, editing work for spelling and grammar, and presenting numerical data effectively; strong writing and analytical skills.
