Pariveda is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Market Engagement team in our Dallas office. In this role, you will support and elevate marketing operations using email, social media, and our website to activate and engage key stakeholder audiences. You will collaborate closely with other members of our Market Engagement team to contribute to internal clients' efforts to realize growth objectives at various stages of the sales and marketing funnel. The ideal candidate possesses strong creative, collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
You Can Expect To:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you can expect to:
Support content updates for the website, including gathering and posting thought leadership, updating team bios, posting client testimonials, and case studies
Coordinate the social media calendar, including social content creation, asset production/gathering, posting, and data collection/reporting
Conduct email newsletter and campaign marketing operations (i.e. gathering content, preparing emails, sending, collecting data, and reporting)
Support the marketing needs of internal stakeholder groups, including partnerships, sales, client account management, and service delivery
Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness
Act as an internal brand champion by ensuring the consistent use and application of all visual and messaging components of the Pariveda brand
Support the planning and execution of events, including virtual webinars and online engagements.
Work within a hybrid model, collaborating with smart, humble, and supportive colleagues
We Look For:
The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:
1+ years of marketing and sales processes, or similar role
Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially experience creating copy and editing for web and social (B2B experience preferred)
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines
A desire to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to collaborate successfully
Experience with:
Microsoft Office Suite, including basic proficiency with Excel
Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications
Marketing automation software (preferably Act-On)
Social media management platforms (preferably Oktopost)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or comparable experience
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
