What this job involves:
We are responsible for the management of a Shopping Centre portfolio. We are currently looking for a positive Marketing Coordinator to join our onsite team! Ideally, you will come from a retail or marketing background or perhaps have just graduated from your Marketing studies and are looking to step into your professional career.
Snapshot of the role:
Assist to deliver marketing campaigns within set timeframes and budgets
Engage and communicate with retailers on promotional opportunities and campaign objectives
End to end management of seasonal events and activations
Social media management
Assist with the management of the marketing budget
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You will ideally have some qualifications and basic experience in Marketing or PR. Knowledge of social media marketing tools, such as Instagram, Facebook from a business perspective are needed for this role. In addition, you will have a positive approach to meeting client’s needs whilst managing tenant expectations in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
You may come from a previous property or marketing background, preferably within the Retail sector. Naturally confident you will be able to work independently and will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels. You will have excellent time management, multi-tasking and administrative skills. This role will appeal to a results focused and self-motivated candidate.
